It depends heavily on scope. Small, focused projects (e.g. Sales + Inventory only) typically start at 5–10 person-days. Full implementations with multiple modules, migration and customization sit in a higher range. We'll give you an honest estimate in our first call.

From first call to go-live realistically between 6 weeks (small setups) and 6 months (large rollout with migration). We work in phases so you see progress throughout.

Yes. Many clients come with a running Odoo instance that needs optimization, extension or migration. You'll usually get a first set of recommendations in our initial call.

I offer hosting in German data centers (GDPR-compliant, ISO 27001). Alternatively I'll support you on Odoo.sh or your own infrastructure — whatever fits you.

For very large projects I selectively collaborate with a network of trusted Odoo specialists. You still have only one point of contact: me.

Most of the work happens remotely (video calls, shared tools). For kick-offs, key workshops or trainings I'm happy to come on-site across DACH.
